How to find us

EMA Reception On arrival you will be able to collect, as you present a valid ID, your personal access card to the Agency for the duration of your visit from Reception in our lobby. For your security, the access card on a lanyard must be worn at all times to allow you to move within our building and it must be returned to reception at your departure. Your invitation letter might help to speed up the registration process and remember to have your DOI up-to-date. Wi-Fi key will be given and is available in the whole building.
Delegate lounge Delegates lounge - located on the 2nd floor next to meeting room 2A, is equipped with Wi-Fi, an open-plan working area, 14 quiet booths, a colour printer/photocopier and storage space for luggage and coats.
Notice boards Notice boards - displaying information on meetings and events held at the EMA (2nd, 3rd and 4th floor).
Mobility Access Access for mobility impaired - There is unaided access for the mobility impaired to most parts of the building, including lifts, reception, the restaurant and meeting rooms. Disabled toilets are located on every floor of 30 Churchill Place. If you have a mobility, visual or other impairment or disability which means you might have difficulty leaving the building unaided during an emergency, please notify the meeting organiser in advance of the meeting, so that assistance can be arranged.
EMA Meetings and Holidays EMA Meetings and Holidays
Restaurant Restaurant (8:00-10:15/12:00-14:30) and coffee bar (7:30-17:00) are located on the 4th floor. The Promenade Lounge (17:00-21:30) is on -1 floor. A cashless payment system is in operation and a payment card must be loaded at the terminals. Minimum top up : £/€10.00 in cash or credit card, where £/€3 will be held as deposit for the card. Cash or credit card will not be accepted at the tills. You can refund the deposit and remaining funds when you return your cashless card at the same terminal at the end of your visit.

Emergency number Emergency number (fire, police or ambulance) - 999 or 112 (from land lines or mobile phones). We strongly recommend that you have a valid European Health Insurance Card (blue card) and travel insurance when visiting the Agency.
If you feel unwell we recommend not travelling to the Agency for the meeting.

Video surveillance Video surveillance system - The Agency operates a video-surveillance system. Video footage is used solely for security and safety purposes and stored for 28 days in accordance with EMA video-surveillance policy.
